1. Webstore Owner
The owner of the webstore iUpgrade.eu (hereinafter Webstore) is Nutikas Valik OÜ (registration code 16549751), located at Viljandi mnt 75, Õssu küla, Tartumaa, 61713.
2. Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
Sales terms are applicable when purchasing goods from the Webstore.
- Prices: The prices of the products sold in the Webstore are indicated next to the products. Delivery fees are added to the price of the products. All product prices in the Webstore are in euros.
- Delivery fee: Depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.
- Product information: Provided directly next to the product in the Webstore. Product images are illustrative, and conditions may vary based on the user’s choice.
3. Placing an Order
To order a product:
- Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
- Place the order:
- Fill in the required fields.
- Choose the appropriate delivery method.
Afterward, the total amount will be displayed, which can be securely paid via the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, N26
- Finnish bank payments: Säästopankki, Nordea, Danske, POP Pankki, Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Revolut, N26, Handelsbanken, Pohjola, S-Pankki
- Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, and N26
- Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Šiauliu, N26, and Luminor
- Polish bank payments: Revolut, PKO Bank Polski, Bank Pekao, mBank, Santander Bank, ING Bank Śląski, Alinor Bank, BNP Paribas, Millennium Bank, Inteligo Bank, Credit Agricole, N26, and Bank Pocztowy

- Payment intermediary: Montonio Finance OÜ.
- Payment processing: Outside the Webstore in a secure environment – through the bank’s secure environment for bank link payments and Montonio Finance OÜ’s secure environment for credit card payments. The seller does not have access to the buyer’s bank or credit card information.
- Contract conclusion: Upon receipt of the payment in the Webstore’s bank account.
Personal data processing: The owner of the Webstore is the data controller and forwards the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
Non-delivery of goods: If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification.
4. Delivery
Shipping regions: Goods are delivered to the following countries – Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Poland, and Germany.
Delivery options:
- Parcel machine: Your order will be sent to the selected SmartPost parcel machine.
- Courier: Your order will be delivered to the selected address via DHL, SmartPost, or DPD.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
- Domestic deliveries usually reach the buyer’s specified destination within 5-10 business days from the conclusion of the sales agreement.
- International deliveries take 7-14 business days.
- Exceptional cases: Right to deliver goods within 30 calendar days.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Right to withdraw: After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract made in the e-store within 14 days.
- Conditions:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
- To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods as allowed in a physical store.
- If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Webstore has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the depreciation of the goods.
Returning goods:
- Submit a withdrawal request: Complete the withdrawal form here and send it to the email address info@iupgrade.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
- Return costs: The buyer bears the return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is that the product delivered does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- Return deadline: The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within this period.
Refunds:
- The Webstore will refund the buyer promptly, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request, all payments received under the contract, including the cost of the goods.
- The Webstore may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the buyer provides proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
- If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Webstore, the Webstore is not required to refund the cost exceeding that of the standard delivery method.
- The Webstore has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the Webstore has been significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
6. Right to File a Complaint
- Liability: The Webstore is responsible for the non-conformity of goods sold to the buyer or defects that existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
- 1-year rule: For one year from the delivery of the goods, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof to rebut this presumption lies with the Webstore.
- Complaints: The buyer must notify the Webstore of any defects no later than two months after becoming aware of them by sending an email to info@iupgrade.eu.
- Liability for defects: The Webstore is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
- In case of defects: If goods purchased from the Webstore have defects for which the Webstore is responsible:
- Repair or replacement: The Webstore will repair or replace the defective goods.
- Refund: If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Webstore will refund the buyer all amounts paid under the sales agreement.
- Complaint handling: The Webstore will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
7. Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
- Use of personal data: The Webstore uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and to send the goods to the buyer.
- Transfer of personal data: The Webstore transmits personal data to the companies providing delivery services to deliver the goods.
- Newsletters and offers:
- The Webstore will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive such communications by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
- Opt-out: The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying the Webstore by email or by following the instructions included in the promotional email.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Filing complaints: If the buyer has complaints about the Webstore, they should be sent to info@iupgrade.eu.
- Dispute resolution:
- If the buyer and the Webstore cannot resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
- Terms of proceedings: You can find more information and submit a claim here.
- Resolution in the Committee: The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the Webstore. The buyer’s complaint is free to review in the Committee.
- European Union Consumer Dispute Platform: The buyer may refer to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
